Good Evening! This is Christine. So my Thing-A-Day for today is sharing something I have been working on for quite a bit.
Dennis and I are part of a world wide organization that is called the SCA. It’s a medieval recreationist group. We don’t Re-enact, we recreate it. If you are interested in more about the SCA let us know and we can give you more info… but the art I did is for our Shire (our local chapter). They are awards that are given out to our champions in four different categories: Arts & Science, Bardic (storytelling, music, acting, poetry, theatre, puppets…the list can go on), Archery, and Armored Combat. I drew our new awards up that will be given to the champions. I love how they turned out!
